Agent Control Panel (ACP)

Agent Control Panel (ACP) is a web application that allows agents to monitor web visitors, answer web visitors (text, audio, video chats), pro-actively initiate contact with web visitors, provides presentations to web visitors, and many more, all conducted within the application.

The ACP is used to interact with the ICP (Interactive Client Panel) of the web visitors. ICP is a web application that the web visitors use to interact with the ACP agents. The web visitor's ICP will connect directly and automatically with the agent's ACP without the need for user authentication.

The ICP runs on the IMCOMP infrastructure.The ACP runs on the IMCOMP infrastructure.

Recognizing Visitors
When visitors go to web pages embedded with our WMS intelligent On-Site Interactive Marketing Ads (OSIMA) modules, the Agent Control Panel (ACP) instantly captures and notifies the agent about the visitors’ presence at these pages. This notification occurs automatically, when these pages are displayed to the visitors without the need of any action on the part of the viewing client.
There are many types of On-site Interactive Marketing Ads (OSIMA) Modules that functions through the internet.

These are:

When there is any visitor on a webpage, the status bar states the type of banner the visitor currently in, the webpage, and the type of ads that the visitors is viewing. The agent knows, and selects the suitable message for the visitor which contain in the message board.

To invite visitor to the presentation page, agent just has to click the maximize presentation button at the chat area. It takes agent and visitor to the presentation area

   To invite visitor to the whiteboard, agent selects the maximize whiteboard button at the chat area. It takes agent and the visitor to the whiteboard area.

Sending a File and a URL   Serving 3 Clients Simultaneously

The file is send directly to the visitor and a sentence of sending URL appears at the chat area.

A sentence of link with underline will appear at the chat area. By sending URL, the visitor can download the file whenever he / she want.

   You can handle three (3) clients at one time. The image shows that there are 3 visitors online at that time.
On the left side of the status bar, green blinking circle shows that all 3 visitors are available. You can work with 3 visitors on the same time.
Also, you can invite the client to presentation area, where you can give live presentation to the client using all 25 presentation pages available.
